NOAH(4) 1803-1870
Born in the Scioto River Valley that would become Pike County, Ohio, the eighth child of Abraham Chenoweth and Rebecca Kerr, Noah married Elizabeth Ann Wiley just before he turned the age of 30. She was almost 23. They would have 8 children, the first three born in Pike County and the latter five in Logan Co., IL where they settled just before the 1840 Census. Noah was a farmer and died at the age of 67 in Logan Co. He is buried in the Kline cemetery, Broadwell Township., Logan Co., IL. Elizabeth Ann lived into her 90s, as she is found in the 1900 Census living with her son, Abraham, in Nuckolls Co., NE. Noah's descendants can be found mainly in Illinois, Nebraska, Kansas and California.
