JOHN(5) 1785-1810
John died in his early 20s the son of William S. and Catherine Rinker, and little is known of his life. He was in fact one of two sons named John of William S. The second was born to William's second wife Ann after John's death prior to 1811. John was born and married in Frederick Co., VA. His wife was Susannah Seal the daughter of Caleb Seal and Sarah Brown. This marriage took place on Feb 4, 1807 when both John and Sarah were 21 years of age. They had two daughters and moved to Pennsylvania, an event that upset John's parents. John died shortly after this and his widow, Susannah remarried to William Means in Adams Co., OH on April 11, 1811.
